Established in 2026, Empower Youth SA was founded in direct response to South Africa's alarming youth unemployment rate of 60.9% among ages 15–24. We believe that every young person deserves access to the tools, knowledge, and opportunities they need to thrive.
Through proactive career readiness programmes, subject choice workshops, entrepreneurship bootcamps, and civic engagement platforms, we are building a generation of confident, skilled, and empowered South African leaders ready to shape their own destinies and transform their communities.

We partner with high schools, TVET colleges, and universities to help learners choose subjects and educational pathways aligned with future market demands. From Grade 8 through university, we ensure every student makes informed decisions about their academic journey.

Empower Youth SA was established in 2026 to bridge the critical gap between education, employment, and entrepreneurship in underserved rural and urban communities across South Africa. We saw too many bright young minds leaving school without clear direction, too many graduates facing an economy that offered few opportunities, and too many voices excluded from the conversations that shaped their futures.
